PGDM PLACEMENT REPORT 2024

Great Lakes Institute of Management's PGDM Class of 2024 celebrated a stellar placement season, achieving a remarkable 100% placement rate. The season showcased robust participation from esteemed regular recruiters like HP, EY, Deloitte, HSBC, Wells Fargo, PWC, Axtria, TATA Advance Systems, Adobe and many others. Notably, amidst nationwide recruitment challenges, students secured offers from over 50 new recruiters spanning diverse industries, including GE Aerospace, CISCO, PayPal, TATA Communications, LAM Research, Genpact and HDFC Life.

The average CTC offered to the Class of 2024 increased to INR 15.1 Lakhs p.a. while the highest domestic CTC was INR 37 Lakhs p.a. offered by a multinational FinTech corporation. Students were offered varied roles across various industries like BFSI, Consulting, FMCG, Investment Banking, Technology, Manufacturing, Pharma, Retail, Aerospace, Analytics and Healthcare. Some of the top roles that were offered are Technical Product Manager, Credit Portfolio Manager, Business Change Analyst, Associate General Manager, Senior Data Science Analyst, Credit Analyst, Business Strategist, Risk Manager, Consultant, Digital Product Owner and Finance Associate.
