Neeraj Jain is currently pursuing a PhD in Corporate Finance from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, where his research focuses on peer effects and firms’ payout policies. He holds an M.Phil. in Investment from the Delhi School of Economics, where his dissertation explored forecasting volatility and pricing options in the Indian stock market. He also has a strong foundation in actuarial science, having passed eight exams from the Institute of Actuaries of India.  With three years of full-time teaching experience at the University of Delhi, Neeraj has a robust background in quantitative finance, investment, and econometrics.

His teaching repertoire includes courses on options, futures & derivatives, statistics, econometrics, and computational techniques. Neeraj's research interests lie in the areas of financial economics, specifically in exploring the behavioural determinants of corporate financial policies, the impact of institutional shareholders, and agency problems within emerging markets. He has published articles in the International Journal of Managerial Finance (ABDC - A). Some of his papers are currently under review, and others are in development and will be submitted to reputable peer-reviewed academic journals. His work has been recognized through multiple best paper awards at prestigious national and international conferences.
