Dr Jayesh Pandey is an assistant professor of organizational behaviour and human resources at Great Lakes Institute of Management. He has completed his PhD in organizational behaviour and human resources from Indian Institute of Management Ranchi. His research revolves around areas such as meaningful work, evolving nature of work, transformational leadership, negotiation and conflict management, corporate social irresponsibility and knowledge management. Dr Jayesh has pursued MBA in HR & Marketing from Goa Institute of Management. Prior to joining PhD, Dr Jayesh has worked for five years in IT (Infosys) as associate consultant and in education sector (Endeavor Careers & Career Launcher) as senior manager and center head. During his journey in education sector, Dr Jayesh had a rich experience in mentoring and guiding students targeting careers in management.
