Dr.M.Rammyaa, holds a PhD in Supply chain Management from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, University of Madras. Prior to joining Greatlakes, She was associated with 'TAKE Solutions' where her role spanned from assisting key research projects, coordinating the supply chain thought leadership sessions and also developing newsletters; her tenure with TAKE-LIBA Centre of Excellence for Supply chain Management gave a good grounding on research at the Corporate realm.

Rammyaa has handled courses for PGDM students at Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Sankara Netralaya Academy, VELS University and corporate management programs for TVS, Ford and RBS. The subjects she handled include Strategic Issues in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Sourcing, Supply Chain Network Design, Transportation and Bulk Logistics, Warehousing, Supply chain metrics, Case study solving, Team Management and Self-motivation.

She has developed course content for 'Materials and Inventory Management' and has successfully completed three levels in APICS- CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management). Her research interest includes Supply Chain Management and Strategy.
